Kevin John Taylor is the owner and sole operator of KJT DRIVER TRAINING.

Kevin is a professional ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) qualified by the DSA (Driving Standards Agency) and is a member of the MSA (Motor Schools Association). He is PASS PLUS registered and has been clearance checked by the CRB (Criminal Records Bureau).

KJT DRIVER TRAINING guarantees a friendly and patient approach to driving instruction whilst recognising and satisfying the pupils training needs whatever the level of tuition or age group. The company is based in Tamworth, Staffordshire and operates in the Midlands area.

The dual-controlled training vehicle used by KJT DRIVER TRAINING is the "CITROEN C1 RHYTHM SPORT" (shown above).

KJT DRIVER TRAINING offers a variety of lessons, courses and additional training sessions pre and post the DSA Practical Driving Test. Pupils can enjoy the facility of a free pick up and drop off from home, school, college or work within the local area. Please ask Kevin for advice and details regarding the lesson, course or session that would be most suitable for you.

It is highly recommended that the first lesson for a new beginner pupil should be two hours in duration.

PUPIL INFORMATION

Driving Standards Agency research states that an average of 45 hours professional tuition and a minimum of 22 hours private practice should enable the pupil to be at the required ability level for the DSA practical driving test. However, each pupil is different and KJT DRIVER TRAINING will guarantee to work with pupils to gain a competent driving standard and prepare the pupils fully for their driving test in the shortest possible time and within the lowest financial outlay.


FREE laser printed handout sheets are provided to compliment and guide you through your Driving Lessons, they include information regarding the Hazard Perception & Theory Test, Show me / Tell me Car Safety Checks, General on the Road Driving and all the Manoeuvres required for the DSA Driving Test.


PASS PLUS is a training scheme for newly qualified drivers after passing their DSA Driving Test. It consists of a minimum of 6 hours training with the emphasis on developing practical driving skills, awareness and attitude to road safety. There is no test involved, however, you are continuously assessed by Kevin your Pass Plus registered instructor throughout each of the sessions. After successfully completing all six modules you may then apply for a discounted insurance premium with an insurance company participating within the Pass Plus scheme.





TERMS & CONDITIONS


A minimum of one individual lesson must be paid for in advance if forward diary bookings are to be held.

All lesson payments are to be paid by cash or cheque prior to the start of the current lesson being taken.

All cheques are to be made payable to "KEVIN J. TAYLOR".

Cheques will not be accepted for lesson fees of £22.50 and below.

A fee of £20.00 will be charged for any returned unpaid cheques.

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given in the event of cancelling a lesson or course.

Late cancellations or no shows at pick up will be charged at the current lesson or course rate as appropriate.

GIFT VOUCHERS cannot be redeemed for cash.
